Yes! We are a small business and each roof is installed by our owner and General Contractor, Tim Kucher. Tim will complete the inspection and perform the work along with his trusted crew

We prefer IKO composite shingles however we are open to working with all major name brands including Pabco, Malarkey and more. We do not work with builder grade materials. Most of our products are 30 year warranty active

We do install and repair membrane and torch-down roofs. For metal, we would need to see the job in order to offer you a realistic answer

As long as your roof was installed by a licensed and bonded roofing professional, the warranty goes into effect the day installation is complete. We provide you with a receipt and other warranty information 

We use 16 gauge metal for flashing and venting. There are several venting systems to choose from depending on your situation. 

Yes. We can remove the chimney and cover it with proper sheathing and roofing

For a mid-size residential home we usually complete the job in 2-3 days, depending on the weather. For a detailed timeline we can discuss that in person at the initial inspection
